LEADERSHIP

Real Property Management was originally founded in the US by entrepreneur Kirk McGary, and business executive Doug Oler. Together, along with a management team, they have provided the vision and leadership to grow the business to over 300 offices in North America. Today, the Canadian management team continues to provide the leadership and support to their local offices so they can create the best service experience for their customers.
